This is our library help desk and one of our friendly members of staff will be happy to help you with anything you need while you're at the library.

Christian: Take a look at your library and Learning Resources website for all the ways that you can get in touch. Help is also available 24/7 through your chat service.

Hollie: Using our BCU computers, you can access your OneDrive or you can use the library search. As BCU students, we have access to millions of online resources and thousands of books making study it easier than ever. You can also access the library search using your phone so you can access it anytime, anywhere. We have lots of books on offer help you to use while you study at BCU and you'll find the subject numbers at the end of each hour.

You'll be given £5 printing credit for all your printing needs while you're at BCU. And if you need more help using the printer scans QR code here.

In order to take out a book or return it, you'll need to use one of these machines and don't worry if you don't know how to use it because you can scan this QR code and it will give you the instructions.
