Our Royal Birmingham Conservatoire graduates have gone on to star in or work behind the scenes of television shows, blockbuster movies and stage productions. Check out what some of our talented Alumni are up to this month.
Alumna starring alongside Sigourney Weaver
Acting alumna Mara Huf plays Miranda in The Tempest at Drury Lane opposite Sigourney Weaver as Prospero which begins next month and runs until February 2025.
Graduates star in Panto together
Two graduates are starring in The Jungle Book this Christmas at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton. Rachel Marwood plays Shere Khan alongside Kiara Pillai’s Mowgli. The show runs from Friday 22 November 2024 to Saturday 4 January 2025.
Grad to make TV debut in Grantchester
Kate Humbles, who graduated from our BA (Hons) Acting course in summer 2024, will make her TV debut in Season 10 of ITV’s Grantchester.
Whilst the 10th series of the drama began filming in July, the ninth series is not due to hit our TV screens until 2025.
Stage Management graduate working on Panto
Jess Kendall, who graduated from our BA (Hons) Stage Management course in 2023, has finished her run on the Wizard of Oz UK tour and is now the Assistant Stage Manager for the Lichfield Garrick’s pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.
