Royal Birmingham Conservatoire are dedicated to strengthening their links with City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) Conductors.
Principal Guest Conductor of CBSO Kazuki Yamada, who will be stepping into the role of Chief Conductor and Artistic Advisor of the Orchestra in Spring 2023, gave a conducting masterclass at RBC recently. He split his class between working with student conductors Dexter Drown and Julian Hauptmann and leading the student ensemble.
RBC is delighted that CBSO Guest Conductor Ludovic Morlot will be conducting the RBC Symphony Orchestra in our End of Term Concert on 17 June.
