Rochi Rampal
Rochi graduated from the University of Salford with a 1st class BA (Hons) in Media and Performance, and an MA in Scriptwriting for Television & Radio. She is a visiting tutor on the BA Applied Theatre course and teaches the Performance, Political Stories and Community Stories modules.
She is a performer, writer, and theatre deviser, and has collaborated with regional, national and international theatre organisations such as Upstart Theatre, Pathos München, Highways Athens, The Other Way Works, Stan’s Cafe, Rasa Theatre, Oxfordshire Theatre Company, Women & Theatre, Birmingham Rep, Creation Theatre, China Plate. She has performed in numerous international theatre festivals, as well as for TV and radio, and has created work that has been performed in theatres, empty shops, caravans, through headphones, in streets, parks, warehouses, empty factories, community centres, village halls and schools.
