Stephanie writes for stage, radio and large-scale theatre. Currently she is a Visiting Lecturer at Birmingham School of Acting, teaching playwriting and applied drama.

For five years she was a supervisor on the MPhil in Playwriting at the University of Birmingham. She also taught Applied Drama at Loughborough University, for seven years, creating over 55 pieces of applied theatre in venues such as: day centres for the elderly; numerous residential and care homes and Glebe House, a charity day centre for adults and young people with Autism and Downes Syndrome. Within this time she has run writing workshops/projects in over 500 primary and secondary schools.

She has an MA in Playwriting from the University of Birmingham, 1997 and a BA Hons in Theatre and Media Drama.
