Pioneering women composers of 17th and 18th century France are celebrated in this concert alongside the numerous anonymous composers who contributed songs and instrumental music. RBC musicians perform works by Élisabeth Jacquet de La Guerre (pictured), Julie Pinel, Françoise-Charlotte de Senneterre Ménétou and ‘Mademoiselle Sicard’.
