Birmingham City University is proud to host the 3rd National Maternity Support Worker (MSW) Conference on 13 August 2025.
After the success of the last two years, BCU is excited to offer this sell-out event again at a new, bigger venue: Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Birmingham City University has led the way with advanced MSW Apprenticeship programmes for almost a decade. The MSW role is an essential part of the ever-evolving healthcare workforce, and we invite you to see how the role develops in the future.
Inclusivity is key and the conference is aimed at all those wanting to deepen their understanding of the MSW role and celebrate its value within Maternity services. Join us to partake in sessions delivered by a variety of healthcare professionals who have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the MSW role.
This unique conference is a true reflection of BCU's commitment to the development and sustainability of the MSW role. Attendees will be able to attend a variety of engaging and informative sessions, as well as there being opportunities to network, meet organisations at different stands, share good practice and to view academic posters developed by MSW apprentices at Birmingham City University.
