Yin Yu was born in Ningbo, China and studied at the attached school of Shenyang Conservatoire of Music. During her studies between 2015 and 2018 she gave many concerts in China, as well as winning several prizes. Yin graduated in 2018 with a BMus with first class honours from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. She is now in her first year of a Master's at RBC, studying with Daniel Browell and Alasdair Beatson.

During her undergraduate studies, Yin played with string players, singers and as an orchestral pianist. She won the first prize in Danubia Talents Piano Prize and first prize of the Città di Massa international Competition for Young Musicians in 2021. She has attended many music festivals and participated in masterclasses by Boris Berman, Gil Yejin, Victor Sangiogio, Anthony Hewitt, Ian jones, Weiyi Yang, Peter Nagy and Fali Pavri.

Xin Ye was born in Chengdu, China and studied at the attached school of Sichuan Conservatoire of Music. During her studies between 2010 and 2016 she gave many concerts in China, as well as winning several prizes. Xin graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Music from the Sichuan Conservatoire of Music. She received her Master's degree from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in in July, where she studied with Margaret Fingerhut and Alasdair Beatson.

During her studies at RBC, Xin played with string players and singers. She gave many recitals and chamber music concerts during her graduate years. She has attended many music festivals and masterclasses.
