The annual ADM Research Showcase celebrates the artistic practice and research publications produced by staff in the Faculty of Arts, Design and Media at BCU over the last year. It includes book-length studies of a range of creative and cultural topics such as the craft industry, restoration comedy, toxic masculinity, DIY justice, stand-up comedy, punk cultures and post-human gaming, along with practice research in the visual arts, music, film, creative writing and performance.
The showcase runs from Tuesday 3rd to Friday 12th July in the Parkside Gallery.
With many thanks to Stuart Whipps, Associate Professor in Photography, for curation, John Hall, Adam Wynn and Tony McClure for production and installation, and Rebecca Madden for coordination.
