FAQs - Curzon Print Centre

What file format should I provide for printing documents?

We require you to supply files as a PDF as this will not affect the formatting of your document unlike Microsoft Word or Power point.

Can I print my document and then bring it to your for binding?

Yes, we have various binding options available for your document. Please allow 24 hours turn around in busy times.

Do I have to bring work directly to the store?

No, you can send work via an email with full instructions and contact details to printcentre@bcu.ac.uk, or if you are a student or staff member you can use our new online store.

How do I pay?

We often take orders via email, quote back with a price, then take payment via telephone with a credit or debit card on completion of your job. You also have the option to pay when collecting your job from the Print Centre. We do not accept payment via email or bank transfer. Alternatively, students and staff can submit a request through our new online store and payment will be taken from your cost centre (staff) or MY PRINT credit (students). Please note that the Print Centre no longer accepts cash payments.
