Roger is a Master Teacher and Examiner with the British Academy of Stage & Screen Combat (BASSC) – the UK’s leading provider of stage combat training. He has over 14 years of experience and has taught at schools and workshops around the world including USA, Germany, Switzerland and Israel.

Roger is also an Equity Registered Fight Director and recent credits include: “One Man 2 Guvnors” (RNT - Associate Fight Director), “Hopelessly Devoted” by Kate Tempest (Paines Plough), “Kidnapped” (Sell-A-Door UK Tour), “Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood” (Gala Theatre, Durham), “Julius Caesar” (Iris Theatre), “Wind in the Willows” (West Yorkshire Playhouse), and “Fear” (Bush Theatre) written and directed by Dominic Savage. He has also worked at venues including Southwark Playhouse, Theatre Royal Bath (Ustinov Studio), Finborough Theatre and Warwick Castle.

For film, Roger has worked as part of the stunt team for the Vertigo Films production “Hammer of the Gods” and seasons two and three of the popular TV show “Vikings”.
