In 2017, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire completed an exciting merger with Birmingham School of Acting. It has successfully brought together complementary disciplines for an unrivalled creative experience. As a student, you will benefit from phenomenal music teaching and performance spaces which are located alongside state-of-the-art production and recording facilities.
Musicians are able to draw on performance skills or promote their work across digital channels, and actors and set designers can deliver performances where music is essential to the artistic results.
It’s an exhilarating place to learn with a unique, electric atmosphere, which inspires and brings together acting and musical talent. Our courses are helping students meet the demands of today’s fast-paced creative economy.
We also have a highly successful Junior Conservatoire, which provides young musicians with specialist tuition that develops and nurtures individual talent.
