1. Accredited courses

Our courses have internationally recognised accreditations, such as the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Landscape Institute (LI). We are a RIBA-accredited school of architecture, which offers RIBA-exempt courses in all three parts; BA (Hons) (Part 1), MArch (Part 2) and PgDip level (Part 3).

2. Industry exposure

You’ll have the chance to gain industry experience through live projects, guest lectures and work placement opportunities at over 180 practices across the UK. These projects aim to provide you with real-life learning experience in the industry, collaborating or consulting with an external client. They vary in scale and outcome, from practical completion to public consultation. 

3. Co.Lab

CO.LAB (Collaborative Laboratory) is an innovative teaching module combining undergraduate and postgraduate students together working on various projects. CO.LAB focus on ‘live’ projects and research where you will engage with real clients, delivering outcomes across a range of scales and formats.

4. State-of-the-art facilities

Utilise our space. From day one you will have access to print, wood, metal, ceramics and glass workshops and industry-standard software, alongside assistance from our experienced technicians. Our aim is to emulate the atmosphere of industry studios.

5. Super studio

Working in conjunction with your studies, the School offers a plethora of activities as part of SuperStudio. Held every Wednesday, SuperStudio gives you the opportunity to build specific skills in drawing, model making, digital software and more. Shared across all disciplines within Architecture and Design, SuperStudio opens up opportunities for you to engage with new disciplines and meet members of industry.
