Dr. Rasheed has 20-year teaching experience. He has taught several courses in computer science including website development, operating system, database I&II, Data structure, Java programming, c/c++ programming, intelligent systems, computer organization, computer system security etc.

He has industrial experience with more than 5 companies in Malaysia specialized in airport management, website development, mobile apps, and digitalizing construction request approval. This experience has benefit to know what industry expect from fresh graduated students and apply it with undergraduate students to be ready for market.
In term of research, Rasheed is specialized in e-learning and concern using machine learning and AI in domains such as sentimental analysis, emotion recognition and digital health
