Sehar has a background in medicine and has been working with academics and in research for the last 10 years. She has diverse experience of teaching, ranging from medical universities to students of widening participation. Sehar is completing her PhD in Public Health, focusing on health inequalities within the health sector of low-income countries.
Prior to joining BCU, she has worked as a senior research fellow at other universities, where she conducted projects focusing on health inequalities within diverse communities and in underprivileged areas of the UK.
