Dr Al-Kateb is an experienced food and nutrition scientist with over 25 years’ experience of working in a variety of roles and initiatives in agri-food across the supply chain for academia, industry and the public health sectors.
In recent years, she has developed new provisions and degree programmes in food and nutrition sciences. Her research focus is on food science, nutrition, analytical and material chemistry covering agri-food, medical research, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and flavour and fragrances.
