Rebecca joined the ADD (Academic Development Department) in January 2019 as a lecturer in Academic Skills. Prior to this, she worked in academic skills roles at the University of Birmingham and the University of Wolverhampton for seven years. She also has experience of teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP), English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Family Literacy.
As part of Rebecca’s current role, the research into students’ experiences of embedded academic skills delivery can be fed directly into best practice.
