Board of Governors
The Board of Governors has ultimate legal responsibility for the University. The Board plays a vital role in raising standards through overseeing the mission and strategic direction of the University and in monitoring how well strategy is embedded in policies and processes. The sub-committees of the Board monitor institutional performance in a clear and transparent way.
