Anurag Basak
Anurag Basak is a visual artist and an educator from India. With over a decade of experience in university education, he has successfully synchronised his creative practice and teaching creating an innovative classroom environment for the students.
His academic journey also includes teaching international students at Guangdong University, China. As a professor, he is passionate about creating holistic academic development in each student through multidisciplinary practice. His area of expertise lies in the field of design, visual arts, graphic design, sculpture and photography.
Anurag’s art practice revolves around contemporary socio-political situations. His works have been exhibited across India and in various galleries in South East Asia. Presently he is doing research on the impact of technology on visual art practices.
