• Gyeonghwa gained seven years of practical employment experience in both the colour design and graphic design areas in S.Korea prior to doing her MA and PhD in the UK. Also, having worked extensively in management as a design team leader, she gained a lot of experience in leading design projects and helping early-career designers to build up their careers.
