Over 35 years’ experience working for some of the biggest and best companies in the UK Jewellery industry. Influencing Business Strategy and marketing plans. Many senior positions held including Production Manager, Quality Control Manager, Business Manager and Business Development Manager; with expertise embedded in manufacturing, wholesale and the retail sector but has a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm about all aspects of the Jewellery trade.

Travelled to India, China and Europe and spent several months setting up new a business in Australia.  Responsible for a teams of up to 45 staff, looking after their induction, training, mentoring needs and monitoring performance. Sole responsibility for a 4-million-pound business including strategy, budgets, profit and loss, marketing and PR.

Claim to fame – Helped make a brooch for the Queen, celebrating her Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
