Why Study a Computing Degree?

Local Sixth-Form student, Simran Kaur, completed a work experience at our School of Computing and Digital Technology. While here Simran took part in fascinating research, using Raspberry Pi and infrared cameras to detect lies by tracking eye pupils. Find out how she got on and why her experience helped her choose to study with us.  

Originally Simran had not wanted to go to university, however her work experience showed her that university can provide her with practical skills for employment and be an environment that inspires the community.
