Criminology – Decoding crime and why it happens

Criminology explores why people commit crimes and how to prevent them, and as a Criminologist, you’ll dive deep into understanding criminal behaviour and analysing crime patterns, and work alongside law enforcement to develop help develop strategies to tackle criminal behaviour and make communities safer. 

BA (Hons) Criminology course gives you a strong understanding of criminal justice, research methods, and forensic investigation, preparing you for roles in criminal analysis and crime prevention; two very good skills if you’re a budding detective!
