Hamza Bukenya

Experienced Educator and a fellow member of the Higher Education Academy, with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Highly motivated, ambitious, hardworking and enthusiastic academic with a strong background of ACCA focused teaching delivery in Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Having completed my bachelor’s degree in accountancy at Multimedia University-Melaka, Malaysia, I went on to complete an MSc in Accounting and Financial Management at Coventry University. I previously worked at Coventry University as Lecturer in Accounting for over seven years, teaching on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate financial accounting modules.

Currently employed as a Senior Teaching Fellow within the College of Accountancy, Finance and Economics at BCU, with considerable experience of teaching both small and big groups of students on a variety of financial accounting-based modules. Additionally, possessing a drive to succeed and a real passion for working with different people, which ensures that tasks are performed efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
