Mikah Man Zhao is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fields of global marketing, innovation, entrepreneurship, TNE, international consulting, and contemporary management, and she is also the founder of the first Uber Beauty Platform in the West Midlands.
Her prior role involved establishing the India STEAMhouse in collaboration with Hero Groups, where she led TNE marketing initiatives and taught CPD courses on Applied Metaverse and Digital Leadership.
Currently, Mikah is lecturing International MBA Integrated Pre-Masters, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and HRM Leadership Development.
Mikah's research interests focus on the business impact of new age technology like Metaverse, particularly their effects on entrepreneurship and leadership behaviours within the sectors on fashion and beauty, and interior design visualisation.
With rich cross-cultural experiences spanning the UK, China, and India, Mikah brings a unique perspective to her work. Her blend of theoretical insights and practical experience fosters an inclusive and engaging learning environment, empowering students with the knowledge and skills essential for success in today’s dynamic global marketplace.
