Dr Sara Gracey

Sara’s lecturing and teaching are in the areas of leadership and organisational behaviour, with a particular emphasis on understanding the role of supervisory leadership in generating discretionary effort behaviours at work.

Before joining Birmingham City University, Sara was a post-doctoral research associate at Durham University Business School with an emphasis on how supervisory leadership can contribute to diversity, equality and inclusion in the public sector.
