Dr. Sehar Zulfiqar

Dr Sehar Zulfiqar is a senior lecturer in management at Birmingham City University, UK. Before taking up this role, she served as a research fellow at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. She holds a PhD in human resource management from the University of Debrecen, Hungary. She has vast experience teaching various business courses to graduate and undergraduate students in Pakistan. Her research interests include organizational behaviour, knowledge management, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Her research mainly focuses on understanding how and when individual and organisational factors affect human behaviour in the workplace. Her work has been presented and published at international conferences and journals. She is also a frequent reviewer of various renowned peer-reviewed journals.
