Dr. Teraman's career has been marked by her close collaboration with start-ups, initially in Turkey and later in the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem of the UK. Her dedication to supporting emerging ventures is exemplified by her involvement in renowned mentor networks such as TUGIM, where she has been an esteemed member. She was involved in INOSUIT, a project which aspires to boost innovative performance of SMEs in Turkey, where she has worked with one mentee company for nine months and supervised the company’s efforts in boosting innovative work behaviours.
In addition to her other roles, she has been an esteemed member of the examining board of KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey). Through her involvement, she plays a crucial role in evaluating and assessing projects that have the potential to contribute to Turkey's nationwide innovation efforts. Her expertise and insights are instrumental in identifying initiatives that can drive innovation, foster growth, and make a significant impact on the entrepreneurial landscape of the country.
Additionally, she currently serves as an advisory board member for a prominent start-up based in Turkey, further showcasing her commitment to guiding and nurturing entrepreneurial talent.
