Julia Gillies-Wilkes

Julia is an accredited psychotherapist working in private practice. She completed her training at Birmingham City University in 2020 and was keen to support the development of further counselling and psychotherapeutic training in Birmingham. A chance to be part of the academic team at BCU was a great opportunity to do this.

Julia’s research was into the relationship between therapist and client, something she still very interested in.
