Michelle Dyke

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience in accounting, beginning her career in 1993 with Tarmac in Wolverhampton, before moving into practice firstly with Clement Keys Chartered Accountants and then BDO Stoy Hayward in the audit department. Upon qualifying as an accountant in 2000 Michelle made the move into the education sector firstly with The Financial Training Company (Now Kaplan Financial) lecturing on a wide range of programmes including AAT, ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW courses.

Over the years Michelle has taught prize winning students and was herself shortlisted for PQ Magazine Tutor of the Year in 2006. More recently she has headed up the team at The Finance & Management Business School, a large and highly successful private training provider specializing in Accountancy and Short Course programmes. Michelle’s passion has always been teaching and so she made the move back into the classroom in 2019 joining Birmingham City University.
