Dr Tracy Hui

Tracy held the position of Programme Director for an HRM undergraduate programme in Hong Kong. With a diverse background encompassing education, counselling, HRM, and business administration, she was frequently invited to deliver a wide range of learning and development programmes for business corporations. She actively participated in various projects and community services. Tracy also contributed her expertise by serving on several education and HR boards for non-profit organisations.

Prior to her academic career, Tracy was an HR generalist and a training specialist for multiple industry-leading organisations. She continued to excel as a regional manager at a multinational consultancy firm, where she provided people management consulting services, spearheaded employee well-being initiatives, and delivered learning workshops for enterprises.
