David is a lecturer within the Computer Games Technology team. His background is in mathematics and computer science, with a focus on Computer Graphics and Computer Vision. He currently teaches the Computer Graphics and Real-Time Computer Graphics modules on the CGT course. His research interests include accurate and consistent rendering for Augmented Reality, and human perception of computer graphics, including foveated rendering and novel display technologies.

David completed his EngD at UCL, working with Imagination Technologies on advanced AR rendering techniques. He then worked for Imagination as a Research Engineer and subsequently as a postdoctoral research fellow at UCL investigating perception, rendering and novel display technologies.
