Adam Stephens

Adam is a Senior Technician in Manufacturing Engineering. He has lots of CAD experience in programs like Fusion 360 and enjoys taking students through the journey of taking 2-dimension designs and turning them into a 3D physical object. He does this using a variety of methods in the workshops from 3D printing to a more hands-on approach to programming CnC machines or manual milling machines and laths.  

Adam's background is mainly in design and in the past, he owned his own business designing and manufacturing children’s toys. When Adam is not at the BCU manufacturing workshops, he engages in repairing vintage computers or undertaking the building and restoration of clocks.
