Muhammad Adnan is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 11 years of experience in higher education and industry. He currently serves as a Lecturer in Project Management at the Faculty of Computing, Engineering, and the Built Environment (CEBE), Birmingham City University. Previously, he held the positions of Associate Professor and Head of the Department (HOD) at the National College of Business Administration & Economics (NCBA&E) Multan Sub-campus in Pakistan.

Muhammad holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration, a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Law (LLB), and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Telecommunication Systems. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a certified PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, a certified Google Project Management, and has received an ISO 9001: 2015 QMS Lead Auditor training.

Throughout his career, Muhammad has demonstrated excellence in teaching, administration, strategic management, project/program planning and control, and project management. He has published over 30 research articles in well recognized national and international journals.

During his tenure at NCBA&E, Muhammad supervised more than 50 MPhil research students and served as a PhD Thesis Supervisor at Universidad Azteca, Mexico for international Pakistani students. His main research interests include Project Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, International Business Strategy & Management, and International Marketing.
