Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment students will showcase their creative talents and innovative projects at Innovation Fest from 29 to 31 May.
Now in its sixth year, Innovation Fest will take over Millennium Point on Friday 31 May, with the work of over 300 current students on display for their peers, staff, and industry professionals. Previous projects have included a crazy golf-style pitch and putt game and a construction hat with built-in automatic safety goggles.
The Innovation Fest is an opportunity for students to create portfolio material, gain experience of pitching their products, and engage with local businesses and the public. Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and Oracle have been invited to attend to see the latest technologies that our students are creating and developing.
