Nabisah Qazim is Assistant Lecturer at Birmingham City University. She recently joined the child field team at the start of January 2022, so she is very new to the role. She qualified as a Children’s Nurse from Birmingham City University in 2014. Her clinical background is in neurosurgery and community children’s nursing, more specifically Special School Nursing. After graduating from University, she gained her first post on the Neurosurgical department at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. She has also worked within Mainstream School Nursing and more recently Special School Nursing. When she qualified as a Children’s Nurse from Birmingham City University, her ambition was always coming back one day and teaching. As well as being a nurse she is also a Mum of two! She has a little girl who is 5 years old and a little boy who is 20 months old. In her spare time, she loves being creative. She takes pride in being a perfectionist and loves putting events together. She is an individual who loves a challenge sos he really looking forward to my new role at BCU.
