Cara's most recent clinical role involved managing a community team of mental health nurses and allied professionals who worked with clients with a primary diagnosis of psychosis.
This role involved initiating interventions within a shared care model. Cara specialised in the care and management of complex clients and also supervised senior colleagues working in similar roles.
