Brazil
Our Brazilian students enjoy our culture and entertainment that Birmingham has to offer.
We have Brazilian cuisine and specialist restaurants, music, samba, salsa and even tango dancing. Football is also a great passion in Birmingham, and we have three clubs in the Premiership and Championship leagues – Aston Villa FC, West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City.
Brazilian students at Birmingham City University designed and built a racing car and competed in the world’s largest student motorsports competition – Formula Student – at the home of British motorsport, Silverstone.

What our students say...
“Having a cohort starting in January instead of September was very convenient for me; plus the size of the institution, the wide range of courses, the number of students, location, tuition fees and modules of the programme were all factors I considered before applying.
"Having colleagues from a number of countries and coming from different backgrounds increased the learning experience regarding group work between different cultures. The modules of the programme covered the most important subjects about different business areas given an overview of what a company’s leader should know. Birmingham is a well located city full of things to do such as concerts, theatre, restaurants, clubs and so on, plus it is cheaper than London.”
