In this session, we hear from Professor Hugh Koch. Professor Koch has worked as an Expert Witness Psychologist for 30 years in the field of Personal Injury and Medical Injury and Medical Negligence. He has been a visiting Professor in Psychology and Law at BCU since 2017.

Abstract
Professor Koch will talk about several different ways of detecting deception in the field of Personal Injury and medical negligence. This will include verbal and non verbal signs plus the difficulties of making errors in assessing truthfulness. This seminar covers over 30 years of his experience as an expert witness psychologist.
