In response to the shocked disbelief at atrocities committed in Norway on Friday evening the media quickly turned to British academics to help make sense of what had happened – including two senior experts from Birmingham City University.
Professor David Wilson, Director of the Centre for Applied Criminology, and Professor Craig Jackson, Head of Psychology, have been invited by journalists – both home and abroad – to apply their academic and trusted expertise to interpret the appalling actions of Anders Behring Breivik.
