Do you have a passion for fashion or are diamonds your best friend? If so then why not visit Birmingham City University next week, and be ready to be impressed by the talent unveiled at its 2012 Postgraduate art shows.
Birmingham Institute of Art and Design – part of Birmingham City University – will open two of its campuses to the public next week (10 September) for their annual exhibitions. Bursting with creativity, the show will give visitors the opportunity to explore some of the talent within the City as the next generation of creative professionals unveil their designs to the public.
The University’s Gosta Green campus (on Corporation Street) will showcase students work from fashion, textiles, interior design and visual communication whilst the Vittoria Street campus in the City Centre will reveal the eclectic designs from students at the School of Jewellery.
All of the shows are free to attend. The School of Jewellery is open daily from Monday 10 September to Wednesday 26 September from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Gosta Green is open daily from Tuesday 11 September until Friday 14 September, 10am to 5pm. For further information please call 0121 331 5809.
