What you can see and do at Open Days

Open Days are one of the most important parts of choosing what uni to go to, so we really recommend that you encourage your child to go – and that you should go with them!

Courses you didn't know BCU offered UG primary

Once your child has got a shortlist of unis they’re interested in, it’s worth doing some research to find out when their next Open Days are scheduled; most universities will run Open Days all year round, so the next one shouldn’t be too far away.

On top of having the perfect opportunity to chat to staff and current students, it’s also a great chance to tour where your child could be studying for the next few years. On top of this, you can go on accommodation tours, and attend talks and taster lectures. Make sure you take a good look around – we’ve invested over £400 million in our facilities, so here’s just a taster of what you can see on the day…
