Centre for Accountancy, Finance and Economics (CAFE)
Our new Centre for Accountancy, Finance and Economics (CAFE) carries out research in Business Related Topics
The Centre of Accountancy, Finance, and Economics (CAFÉ) primarily receives funding from the Birmingham City University, supplemented by externally funded projects. Our membership predominantly consists of academics, PhD students, and professionals from the Birmingham City Business School, but also from other Schools and Faculties. Embracing an interdisciplinary approach, we collaborate extensively across various faculties within the University and with partner research institutes.
CAFÉ organizes its activities around several focused research clusters, each dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence in specific areas related to business studies. This structure enables us to harness diverse expertise, promote collaborative research, and contribute meaningfully to the broader academic and professional communities.
CAFÉ is grouped into a number of research clusters.
