Dr Richard E. Oddy is the Deputy Head of Business, Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship. He has developed and launched a number of new courses in these specific fields, and has over a decade of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Dr Hafiz Muhammad Usman Rana

Hafiz Muhammad Usman Rana is a Programme Director for BSc (Hons) Business Finance and a Lecturer in Finance at Birmingham City Business School. He teaches Finance to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in the Department of Finance, and Economics (FE).

Dr Navjot Sandhu is Deputy Head of Graduate School of Management at Birmingham City University . She has a wide range of experience of developing, delivering higher education courses programmes, modules at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Dr Shishank Shishank

Associate Professor in Digital Transformation and Operations Management

Dr. Shishank Shishank has a multidisciplinary background with a PhD in Operations Management from the University of the West of Scotland. His PhD brings together both management and engineering concepts and was titled Outsourcing: Decision-making during the stages of Design and Engineering.

John Sparrow, as a Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society, has used his unique skill set to write extensively on knowledge processes in organisations, including organisational cognition, knowledge management and reflective practice as they relate to knowledge creation and use.

Dr Hui Wang

Senior Lecturer in Marketing

Dr Hui Wang joined the Birmingham City University in 2016 as a senior lecturer within the Department of Strategy, Management and Marketing (renamed as Department of Marketing and Leisure Economies). Hui earned a Ph.D. at the University of Portsmouth in 2010 and started his academic career afterwards.
