Working alongside key stakeholders across Further Education (FE), BCU’s research has not only improved teaching policy and practice in the sector, but also shed light on the transformative power of FE to improve the lives of students.

Amazing Stories

In 2021, we worked with Being Human Festival to create Amazing Stories. This was led by the School of Advanced Study, University of London, in partnership with the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the British Academy.

The core research mission of PERG is to interrogate and challenge dominant ideologies, practices and discourses in the field of teacher education and teacher learning.
