Dr Ed McKeon is a researcher, lecturer, and curatorial producer of experimental practices. He has collaborated with artists from Pauline Oliveros to Heiner Goebbels, Elliott Sharp to Jennifer Walshe, and Kuljit Bhamra to Brian Eno.

His PhD examined the implications of curatorial theory and practice in separating out music from the gallery arts, and his book Heiner Goebbels and Curatorial Composing After Cage was published by Cambridge University Press in November 2022.

His current research considers the musical implications of recent shifts in understanding history and contemporaneity.
