Martin is currently Head of the Centre for Leadership and Management Practice at Birmingham City Business School. His primary area of work is developing innovative corporate education programmes for companies, particularly work based models of learning.
Martin was previously Dean/Pro-Vice Chancellor of business schools at Nottingham Trent and Anglia Ruskin Universities. His research interests are in the areas of business decision making, financial risk management and innovation in higher education.
