Research background
The project sees the University work closely with LDC to investigate the immersive adult nights that they run. These involve adults being able to enjoy, explore and win prizes in the centre's indoor playground. The University aims to find out how attending immersive adult nights at LDC affects people’s stress levels, mindfulness and general sense of wellbeing. This will be done through quantitative measures. The project will also explore what people find helpful in their own words, or what they might find helpful, through using in-depth qualitative interviews.
