Dr Mona Salary

Mona received her M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering (Biomechanics)  in 2013 and her PhD in Material Science  (Biomaterials) in 2019 from University of Birmingham.

Mona’s area of expertise and research interest includes biomaterials and tissue Engineering, application of additive manufacturing in healthcare, Design, Evaluation and Characterisation of materials for biomedical applications and Clinical Biomechanics.  

In 2021 Mona joined Birmingham City University as a lecturer in Biomedical Engineering in the Department of Life Sciences, School of Health Sciences.
