BCU Active offers exercises classes at the City Centre wellbeing studio and at the City South campus, pre-hired Badminton courts at Aston Woodcock Sport Centre, subsidised entry into the Birmingham 10K and Half Marathon 2024 and online Yoga classes delivered live via Zoom.
Here to support your physical and mental wellbeing, BCU Active organises events throughout the academic year for you to get involved in, on and off campus. Supporting campaigns such as University Mental Health, Cycle to work day, BRIT Challenge and many more. BCU Active is here for you try something new, meet new people, develop a new skill, and overall support your physical wellbeing while studying at Birmingham City University.
BCU Active allows you to take a break from the every day and check in with your mind and body.
